It is the policy of Chapman Engineering Ltd to fabricate structural steel components as shown on engineering drawings and documents which have been approved by the customer when required by the contract, in accordance with material control, fabrication, and welding standards established in company’s Quality Assurance Manual. Chapman Engineering Ltd management’s commitment is to achieve and maintain compliance with AS/ NZS ISO 3834 part 2, contractual specifications and or interpretation and recommendations under New Zealand, Australian or joint New Zealand/ Australian standards as the basis of establishing fabrications, quality criteria, standards, practices, methods and tolerances.
To ensure that quality control function has adequate functional responsibility and commensurate authority. Quality control integrates functions of other departments in the organization and we have developed the following quality goals:
